The people who have courageously battled cancer are our muses, and our heroes.

This show touches on the various aspects of cancer.  When a person is confronted with cancer many questions are brought to mind.  How is one to deal with it?  Will I have the strength to survive?  How will cancer change me- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?

The people and emotions depicted in the works in this exhibit try to show all of the possible answers to these questions.  Emotions from pain to humor are depicted, while the physical changes are also shown.  Installation, sound, painting and drawing, all  work together to incorporate and complement all of the aspects of cancer to show the many faces that it can take, from the personal to the classically glamorous.

The artists in this show have worked with the following organizations, and these organizations are recommended to anyone who is looking for more information regarding support and awareness.
